But I managed to spend most of December working on a forthcoming project with Ren\u00e9 (my brother-in-pens), which we&#8217;re hoping to release on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.beholder.co.uk\" class=\"fbd_link_external\">the Beholder site<\/a> in a month or two. It&#8217;s an interactive short story with Ren\u00e9&#8217;s gorgeous illustrations and has a slight Fudebakudo flavour to it.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fbd_image_caption\" style=\"width:298px;margin: 1em auto\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fudebakudo.com\/graphics\/blog\/planetarium-298-x-273.jpg\" alt=\"Planetarium mathemagician\" border=\"0\" width=\"298\" height=\"273\"><\/p>\n<p>The mathemagician holds up a crystal sphere in <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.beholder.co.uk\/planetarium\/\" class=\"fbd_link_external\">Planetarium<\/a><\/em>, because&#8230; well, because he does.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>In the meantime &#8212; before we put <em>that<\/em> project live and announce it on this blog &#8212; I&#8217;ve also been working on updating the Beholder online puzzle story, <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.beholder.co.uk\/planetarium\" class=\"fbd_link_external\">Planetarium<\/a><\/em>. Those changes went live today. If you&#8217;ve looked at <em>Planetarium<\/em> before you&#8217;ll see the illustrations are bigger and a little brighter than before, and it now uses the main Beholder site&#8217;s &#8220;responsive&#8221; layout (plays nicely on your mobile phone).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s been quiet in the blog here. 2014 was a busy year for the things which prevent me doing Beholder projects (of which Fudebakudo, of course, is one).
